Happy Natural Time Rilakkuma Matchbox + Pouch

I used to be very heavily active in the online trading community, Swap-bot, and matchboxes were very popular! All you do is decorate the matchbox and then fill it with goodies! I made a 250 count matchbox (the bigger one) for my friend Chelsie on Youtube and I since we both love the new Rilakkuma series Happy Natural Time I decided to go with it as a theme! I love how it turned out!

I used this awesome ribbon set I had gotten at Michaels and it had all the fun teal ribbon and it was I think a dollar which was AMAZING! Anyways, I drew the same kind of pattern that in on the stationery for this series. I recreated the cook book from the re-ment for the top (it’s a smaller matchbox) and I filled it with a little deer cookie and a muffin I made using a piece from the re-ment as well.

I filled it with this super cute deer charm from Michaels, some deco tape, a handmade tart (I show it in the video below, for some reason i didn’t take a picture), some buttons of the series and other fun items for her. It was fun filling it with items that fit the theme!

Lastly I made this little zipper pouch. I used the wallpaper from the San-x website and printed on printable fabric to make it. I should have set the ink before sewing because the ink smeared and got faded 🙁 I remember to do that next time. Overall I’m happy with how it turned out!
